Introducing the Re:treat
VIP loyalty scheme

At Re:treat, our community is everything. We know how much you value building deep, lasting bonds with your t(w)eens - and how vital it is to carve out regular, meaningful time together amidst busy lives.

To show our appreciation for your continued support, we’ve launched our VIP loyalty scheme. Every time you book an experience or introduce a friend to our community, you earn points towards priority access, connection-building gifts, and event discounts.

Points are automatically added to your account each time you make a booking or spread the word.

  • Half day events (e.g. Float & Feast or Cuddle & Create): 10 points per person

  • Full day events (e.g. Glow & Grow): 20 points per person

  • Re:connect weekend retreats: 35 points per person

  • Recommend a friend: 10 points per referral (when your friend books their first event)

For those who have already visited us, we’ve backdated your points! Any event you or your family attended with us in the past two years has automatically been credited to your balance.

Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

To keep our scheme fair and easy to manage, the following terms apply:

  1. Earning & calculation: Points are awarded per person per booking, provided the booking is completed. For ‘recommend a friend’ points to be credited, the buyer must enter the email address of the person who referred them in the designated box at checkout.

  2. Points expiry: Points are valid for two years from the date of the event attended. If no new events are booked within a two-year window, unused points will expire.

  3. Reward progression: Each time you book with us, you will receive an email with your points balance and status on the scheme. Points continue to accumulate toward further increments of gifts and discounts as you continue attending events.

  4. As your balance grows, you automatically unlock exclusive perks:

    • 60 points — priority event booking
      Get a 48-hour head start on all new event launches, securing your spots before tickets are released to the wider public mailing list.

    • 80 points — Re:treat connection gift. Receive a specially curated gift delivered straight to your door designed for you and your t(w)een to enjoy together at home.

    • 140 points — exclusive event discount. Unlock a 7% saving off your next booking (e.g. around £75 per pair for a weekend retreat or £20 per pair for a Glow & Grow spa day)

  5. Discounts: Discounts unlocked at 140 points are provided as unique, single-use codes issued via email. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

  6. Non-transferable: Points and discount codes have no cash cash-out value and cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

  7. Programme amendments: Re:treat reserves the right to modify point values, tiers, or terms at any time with written notice to active members.
