Unwind and connect with your child or teen (aged 7-14) at Glow & Grow - our unique take on a spa day. Enjoy treatments together within our beautiful private rooms, a delicious lunch or afternoon tea, and a selection of free flow creative activities designed to deepen your bond and help you slow down. Depending on the date (see below), your day will also include a Jellycat Bar, mindful movement and breathwork, ballet barre, or aerial yoga.
Don't miss this unique chance to spend quality time together in a tranquil wellness space. Join us at The Soul Barns, Mortimer. Numbers are limited to ensure the experience is intimate and relaxing. All days run from around 11am-4.30pm. The atmosphere will be relaxed rather than enforced group fun!
The details
There are a few small variations between our events. All dates include:
Creative sessions such as flower arranging, aromatherapy, decoupage, pottery and cookery
Delicious afternoon tea or buddha bowl and snacks, with dietary requirements accommodated
Free-flow games and outdoor activities, such as archery, to enjoy at your leisure.
In February 2027, your day will also include:
Two 25-minute spa treatments (facial and massage) for both parent and tween / teen in the same room
A mindful movement and breathwork class
A Jellycat Bar - every child will receive an authentic Jellycat companion to take home, along with access to our bespoke accessory bar. Together, you’ll design custom charms, create hand-crafted accessories, and fill out an official retreat adoption certificate to mark the day*
In May, your day will also include:
One spa treatment for both parent and tween / teen in the same room. This will be a 30 minute facial and neck / shoulder massage
A fun and relaxing aerial yoga class in hammocks.
2027 dates: relax, unwind and connect
The all-inclusive price is £150 per parent and £150 per child. A second child is welcome to join you at a cost of £115.
