Delicious retreat cuisine: nourish your body and soul

We're proud foodies and serious nourishment is high priority. At our weekend retreats, our food is filled with wholesome and natural ingredients but, most importantly, plentiful and delicious. Where possible, we buy local - from Beechwood eggs, to Pangbourne Cheese, and from Birch Cottage Bread to Tolhurst Organic vegetables. 

We get excited about food and we aim to excite our guests too! Many retreats include a hands-on cookery workshop, and some even allow you to have a go at foraging or fermentation. 

At our spa days, we offer the option of either afternoon tea, or a seasonal buddha bowl designed to make you feel spoilt and nourished!

Our menus: fresh, local and wholesome

The menu varies according to the seasons and our guests - we appreciate that many children do not relish a pile of spinach! There is always plenty of variety, and dietary requirements can be accommodated.
