Reset and connect with your older teen or young adult at a unique wellness retreat where you will focus on your self care in absolute luxury. There’s even an indoor heated swimming pool! You will stay in a beautiful double room within a converted barn in Henley-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire. It’s the perfect base to explore this tranquil and picturesque Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
This retreat is for eight guests with a more personalised approach for each pair, rather than too much organised group fun!
As well as plenty of you time and pool time, we offer optional activities designed to help you deepen your bond and dial up your wellbeing habits for long-term health and happiness.
These will be finalised with the feedback of our guests but are likely to include yoga and sound healing; forest bathing; aqua aerobics; and a lymphatic drainage and facial massage tutorial. All delivered by experts on site or in walking distance. Your stay also includes a massage, facial or manicure from the comfort of your accommodation.
Your three-night stay is in a luxury and stylish converted barn with oak beams and high ceilings. There is a pair of two-bedroom cottages on site, set in a secluded courtyard of a converted farm. They enjoy exclusive access to a heated indoor pool. The location is a small peaceful hamlet in the heart of the countryside, close to Henley-on-Thames with walks and ancient woodlands on your doorstep. Some activities will be enjoyed outside in the beautiful and scenic grounds.

This three-night retreat is suitable for a parent and teen / young adult age 14+ or whole families booking multiple rooms. It runs from late afternoon on Friday 17th July until after breakfast on Monday 20th.
As well as plenty of ‘you time’ and pool time, we offer optional activities delivered by experts on site or in walking distance. These may include:
Yoga, sound healing and breathwork
Forest bathing
Aqua aerobics
A lymphatic drainage and facial massage tutorial
A massage, facial or manicure from the comfort of your accommodation
Gentle prompts for creative- and nature-inspired activities to enjoy at your leisure
All your meals, drinks and snacks will be provided, along with an evening glass of wine or mocktail / cocktail. We're proud foodies and serious nourishment is high priority. Our food is filled with wholesome and natural ingredients but, most importantly, plentiful and delicious. The menu varies according to the seasons and our guests. There is always plenty of variety, and dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Our July Re:connect retreat is

The all-inclusive price for a double bedroom at this three-night retreat is £775 per person. Ensuites are available on a first come first served basis - if not available, you will be sharing a bathroom with one other pair, along with sitting room and kitchen / dining area. This retreat is suitable for a parent and teen / young adult or whole families using multiple rooms.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your space and the remainder due 62 days before the retreat start date. There is some flexibility in terms of payment plans on request. Full terms and conditions here
