100 Day Self Care Challenge
Fast forward to the end of 2024, how do you want to feel? What do you want to keep doing, and what no longer serves you? For the next 100 days (until mid December), I’m going to embed some simple habits to feel my best, and I’d love you to join me. Post-summer is the perfect time to reset routines and adopt new wellness habits. September is the new January!
I’ve decided on ten small and realistic changes that will be powerful for me if practised consistently. We're all different, so these won't necessarily all resonate with you. If anyone wants to set some wellness goals too, let me know by liking this post and we could motivate each other along the way. I’ll also post some updates and inspiration as I go. Here’s mine:
Natural light within 30 mins of waking
Limits on social media apps and phone-free times
Confidence boosting me time (not exercise!), e.g. consistent skincare, wardrobe audit, better nail care
Monthly date nights with husband and with one child at a time
Take my supplements. I'm not a big taker of supplements and rarely get round to it, but there are a few I know will benefit me
Consistent bedtime and waking to within one hour (bed no later than 10.30pm week days)
Daily reading and journalling (to do list, gratitude, affirmations)
Stretch each morning (no excuses)

Plan snacks. I eat nutritious meals but snack A LOT even when I'm not hungry. I'll decide on the day's snacks each morning and stick to the plan. This challenge is about committing to the process and seeing the transformation from sustained effort. Small steps to help you become the best version of yourself by the end of 2024.
