Food that delights your taste buds and nourishes your body is at the heart of re:treat. We're proud foodies and, at our retreats, you can expect wholesome, plentiful and delicious food, which is generally plant-based.
We run retreats for both adults, and parents and their t(w)eens. They are our toughest customers and, when they help themselves to seconds, we know we’ve cracked it! The balance between nutritious, delicious and family-friendly is not always easy to find. Dishing up a meal that everyone enjoys is a daily chore for many, and we hope these ideas will help.
We get excited about food and we aim to excite our guests too. Many retreats include a hands-on cookery workshop, and some even allow you to have a go at foraging or fermentation.
We've been asked by a few of our guests to share the recipes they've most enjoyed. Some are our own creations, and others are based on recipes that we rate.
